Employment: Full Time -Manage the real time performance of all operational services in a safe and efficient manner, liaising with the station and maintenance staff.-Minimize the impact of train service perturbation to the benefit of customers and the Company.-Assist the Control Duty Manager in current operations management and deliver the best possible train plan to customers in accordance with the contract.-Represent operators interests with all external bodies. REQUIREMENTS: Qualifications / Skills Expectations for Ideal Candidates-Degree or Technical Diploma holder (any engineering stream)-Fluency in English-Driving License-Customer Service abilities-Able to operate a complex system with safety related functions-Rigor in executing and applying instructions and analytical abilities-Good communication skills and capable of sharing precise, clear and concise information.-Able to manage stress and remain calm and objective, particularly during challenging situation (failure/incident)-Is able to diagnose technical malfunctions, interpret and apply solutions from written and verbal Information
