The Nursery Manager is involved in planning and delivering effective daily management of the nursery business, in accordance with the Company policies, all relevant legislation and local authority. Responsible for technical assessments in the recruitment process and performance management of the entire staff to ensure everyone?s performance is of the highest quality, providing a safe, stimulating and caring child-centered environment catering for the children?s educational and developmental needs. The Nursery Manager ensures that all agreed quality and safety standards are always maintained in the nursery. Liaises closely with parents/careers to ensure high levels of involvement and customer satisfaction at all times.
