Job Description

To develop strong customer relationshipsTo discuss and provide nail services and treatments to clientsTo remove nail polish, exfoliate and remove rough skin from the hands and feet, clean and trim nailsTo promote and sell nail and other salon productsTo interact with other members of the salon as to provide a seamless customer experienceTo adhere to the highest standards of sanitation, which includes cleaning and sanitizing tools and equipmentKey RelationshipsAll issues to be communicated to the Salon ManagerKey Job ResponsibilitiesEnsure all client areas and equipment are clean, functional and maintained according to the standards set down by the ManagementEnsure that clients receive the best nail careSelf- ManagementTo be honest and trustworthy; friendly but professional attitudeCustomer ServiceBe customer-service oriented and friendlyPossess excellent communication and interpersonal skillsBe organized and tidyBe able to multi-taskBe flexible and cooperativeHave a high energy levelBe well-groomed and professional-lookingBe prompt and possess a good sense of timeHealth Safety & Security To make note of any maintenance issues and report to Salon ManagerTo ensure that work station and tools are sanitizedGeneralComply with the company corporate code of conduct at all times.Familiarize yourself with the company vision and values which link to our model of desired behaviors that we expect all employees to display.Perform other tasks at the level of the role as directed by your line manager in pursuit of the achievement of business goals.Ability to work as part of a diverse team with colleagues from different viewpoints, cultures and countries.
