Job Description

  • Fabrication of Steel moulds based on the approved precast concrete fabrication drawings.
  • Repair and maintenance of moulds during and after casting of elements.
  • Check and maintain welding works are as per approved specifications.
  • Repair and maintenance of casting beds and casting tables.
  • In case of new moulds discuss with the production engineer the casting method prior to execution.
  • Ensure that the moulds are properly braced and supported.
