Our students have performed at the Edinburgh Festival, National Museum and National Theatre in Qatar at the Poppy Ball, Shakespeare Festival and BSME Dance Competition.The opportunityWe are looking to appoint a passionate, self-motivated and dynamic Acting teacher to join Mockingbird Performing Arts Academy. This is a great opportunity to be part of a flourishing and growing Academy and join our successful and friendly team. You will be responsible for planning, preparing and delivering outstanding lessons, monitoring and evaluating student achievement and contributing to the accomplishment of the Academy?s vision. This is a part time, non-sponsored position and only candidates with family sponsorship currently residing in Qatar will be considered. The position will be based at our Al Wajba Campus.About youCandidates should have a passion for the Performing Arts and the ability to teach and deliver sessions on the Acting programme. Experience in teaching improvisation techniques, text work, LAMDA Examinations and directing productions is desirable. We are based in a British international school and all of our lessons are taught in English.
