Key Responsibilities: Supervise mechanical installation activities, including rotating equipment, pumps, and turbinesEnsure proper alignment, leveling, and installation as per project standardsCoordinate with construction teams, subcontractors, and inspectorsConduct site inspections and quality checksReview installation drawings and specificationsEnforce safety procedures and promote safe work practicesAddress technical issues and provide guidance to site personnelMaintain documentation of work progress and inspection reportsRequirements: Relevant technical diploma or degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field7 years of site supervision experience in mechanical installation, preferably in Oil & Gas projectsStrong knowledge of mechanical equipment installation, alignment, and safety standardsGood leadership and communication skillsAbility to work effectively in a multicultural environment
