Main Duties & Responsibilities:

Manage?the team of Merchandisers and Promoters across the companys customer base in the retail channel.
Ensure basic execution compliance in all stores as per the company policies.
Provide strategic direction and leadership to the Merchandising team supporting the companys brand strategy.
Manage and track the performance of the team and ensure the company KPI?s are achieved.
Train, develop and guide the companys Merchandising Team in order to provide acceptable Corporate Trade Standards across the companys customer base.
?Increasing the Merchandising footprint amongst existing customers currently not being serviced.
