Mechanical TechnicianJob Location : QatarJob Responsibilities :•Maintain and overhaul of all Mechanical equipment (including Furnaces, Boilers, Exchangers, Columns, Vessels, Tanks, Silos, Rotary/Diverter valves, Steam traps, Valves, PRV’s, RD’s, Piping components Pumps, Turbines, Compressors, Blowers, Fans, Gear Boxes, Machine Alignment etc.•Perform PM/CM of all equipment’s and bring any abnormalities to the attention of Engineer immediately.•Carry out all assessment of job plan including JSA, review and acknowledge drawings, understands recommendations, review spares.•Execute routine and unplanned maintenance activities are met in compliance with Life Critical Procedures, Tenets of Operations, plant policies and procedures, Standard Maintenance Procedures (SMPs) and Job Safety Analyses (JSAs). Conduct / participate daily toolbox meetings as required.•Coordinate with ERG, production, safety, technical departments from reliability, QA /QC point of view related to mechanical.•Support with Mechanical Engineer to Review Standard Maintenance Procedures (SMPs) and include all Lesson Learnt Reports as required.•Support with Mechanical Engineer to Review PM/CM check list as required.•Support the Engineers to implement and complete follow up action items from Action tracker/ Meridium recommendations/ Reliability improvement team recommendations / QSAFE action items in timely manner.•Act as a DSR designee for contractors and ensure contractors comply with all company policies, procedures, Standard Maintenance Procedures.
