Key Responsibilities: Review and approve mechanical design drawings, specifications, and calculations.Provide technical guidance during procurement, installation, and commissioning phases.Liaise with contractors and vendors to ensure quality and adherence to standards.Conduct site inspections and troubleshoot complex mechanical issues.Ensure all mechanical works comply with safety and environmental standards.Support project schedule and cost control initiatives.Prepare technical reports and documentation.Candidate Requirements: Experience: 10+ years in Oil & Gas EPC projects, with significant refinery experience.Sector Background: Strong mechanical engineering background with proven EPC refinery project involvement.Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering; professional registration is a plus.Skills: Expertise in piping, pressure vessels, rotating equipment, and mechanical systems.GCC Experience: Extensive familiarity with GCC standards, codes, and construction practices.Availability: Immediate or short notice preferred.Salary & Benefits:Competitive package, expatriate benefits, accommodation, transportation, and insurance.
