Key Responsibilities:Conduct inspection activities on behalf of the client for structural steel fabrication and fabricated piping works.Verify and ensure correct usage of Welding Procedure Specifications (WPS), welding parameters, and consumables.Perform NDE (Non-Destructive Examination) inspections including RT, UT, PT, and MT as per AWS D1.1 standards.Review and validate fabrication, welding, and inspection reports for compliance with project and industry standards.Coordinate with offshore QC teams to ensure adherence to quality and safety procedures.Prepare inspection documentation and provide technical feedback during audits or client reviews.Desired Skills & ExperienceQualifications & Experience:Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field.8 to 15 years of relevant experience in inspection and quality control within structural steel fabrication and offshore projects.Certified NDE Level-II (RT/UT/PT/MT) as per AWS D1.1.Must possess valid offshore certifications:BOSIET with EBS (OPITO approved)Basic H2S CertificateOPITO-approved & OGUK Medical Fitness test reportsChicken pox vaccination certificateOGUK medical examination form signed by a certified doctor
