Job Description

- Support mechanical HVAC and Plumbing system drawing development, projects, and clients with accurate drafting and design.- Develop schematics, P&IDs, plan drawings, elevation views, section views, and installation details- Convey results and findings by means of oral discussions, graphic-based presentations and project documentation- Design or redesign complex layouts and drawings from general sketches, or written and verbal specifications from project team- Create exhibits and documents for presentations and reports- Work with project team to investigate and resolve problems with existing designs and make corrections to drawings as requested by the senior staff- Create and update database of design records for reference and utilization on future projects.- Adhere to discipline-specific CAD standards REQUIREMENTS: - Associates Degree from an accredited university or technical school specializing in mechanical or structural design with 3-5 years of relevant experience in a construction Industry- Excellent CAD skills and proficiency using other software designed for use in detailing.- Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills
