Key Responsibilities:Develop BIM models for mechanical and HVAC systems using Revit.Produce detailed shop drawings, layouts, and coordination drawings.Review design specifications, HVAC calculations, and project documents.Coordinate BIM activities with architects, structural, and teams.Ensure all models meet project standards, codes, and client requirements.Support clash detection, model updates, and design revisions.Maintain documentation and ensure accuracy throughout the project lifecycle.Requirements:Diploma or Degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.Minimum 8 years of experience in mechanical/HVAC BIM modeling.Proficiency in Revit and AutoCAD is mandatory.Strong knowledge of mechanical building systems and HVAC coordination.Valid QID (Qatar ID) is required.Ability to join immediately or within a short notice period (preferred).
