Review Lifting Plans and Standard Operating Procedures (LE), LE Personnel Certificate as per Company Lifting Regulation prior to submitting to Company Sr.Lifting Engineer
Responsible for all activities related to lifting equipment inspection & certifications in co-ordination with concerned department
Liaise with Warehouse Supervisors and advise on materials / equipment preservation requirements, monitor preservation of materials as per stores request
Assign certifications for stock materials and price agreement items as per guidelines
Shall have Analytical and diagnostic involvement of individual inspection results. Solves complex problems with moderate responsibility under clearly defined guidelines
Maintain Inspection Logs with a clear status for all inspected PO and Lifting Item CNR Log and advise the status to Sr. Materials Engineer (Inspection) on weekly basis.
What you need to bring:
Ensure certifications are made available for all Inspected & accepted items in SAP/ECM
Adhere to section work instructions / guidelines to perform the inspection activities
Submit weekly & monthly report to Sr. Materials Engineer (Inspection) for the Materials Inspection activities of both TPI & Inward Inspection
Shall be able to Drive the Car and make inspection visits to the Warehouse locations as directed.
