Follow up required materials under status AWMT work order for MESAIEED Operations.
Follow up and track the PR status and update the Materials engineer.
Maintain an electronic records and files for an important material and planning related data.
To provide full administration service for (Mesaieed Operations) Planning Section, maintain records and ensure an efficient flow of material related documentation.
Update materials status data and produce periodical reporting for material engineer & coordinator.
Assist material engineer & Planner for all kind of reporting including KP.
To report to QATARENERGY material engineer & coordinator.
