Anyuniversity degree or equivalent from a recognized university.
Middleeast/Gulf experience will be an added advantage/preferences
Proficiencyin English Language (Speak, Read and Write)
Understandand follow plant safety standards and procedures.
Ableto write and express complex ideas, instructions and procedures.
Knowledgeon Icoterms and customs formalities.
MinimumWork Experience
5years work experience in refinery or petrochemical Oil and Gas plant in fieldmaintenance.
Adheresto and follows all safety policies, practices and procedures.
Followsinstructions provided by superiors and understands, respects chain of command.
Activelysupports customers and creates a team work environment
Ensurethe implementation of and adherence to Company policies and procedures whichgovern the purchasing of goods and services and the disposal of assets onbehalf of the Company
Capableof working independently, with a minimum of supervision.
Knowledgeof current market trends and developments (to support operations)
Monitorand control compliance with complex agreements and tendering
Documentation/ Records in accordance with relevant policies and procedures
Shouldhave a thorough knowledge and hand on experience in respective fields.
Strongco-ordination & interpersonal skills.
Workingknowledge of procurement applications of SAP software
Arrangediscussions / meetings between vendors and end users
Workwith COMPANY?s freight forwarder to ensure timely delivery of material
Preparereports and present
Workingknowledge in MS Office.
