Qualifications 1st Class Marine Certificate of Competency or an appropriate Bachelors degree as Master/Chief Engineer or equivalent. Knowledge and/or Experience 10 years marine experience in oil and/or gas transportation. Technical and Business Skills Familiar with a wide variety, type and condition of vessels considered for the carriage of Company cargoes to the Customer. High degree of flexibility and ability to demonstrate conceptual thinking skills. Understanding and knowledge of SHE and Environmental Standards as they relate to the Oil & Gas Industry and the Marine Environment. Sound knowledge and understanding of Quality Management Concepts. Strong working understanding from Charterer/Seller perspective, of Commercial processes and documentation, as they relate to the Marine transportation of LNG and Hydrocarbon Products. Computer proficiency in the use of databases and spread sheets. Excellent analytical skills in the Shipping fields.
