Supervise the day to day processing/ delivery of all trade service products accordingly.
Review all required material in order to appropriately recommend transactions and pricing.
Facilitate constant product innovation to enable CBQ in becoming a leading trade transaction product provider to its wholesale clients.
Participate in product launches and provide the necessary support in order to effectively create product awareness.
Support development of the back office processes and procedures by effectively liaising with Operations to ensure that the set processes and procedures are in line with customer expectations
