Job Description

Purpose of the RoleAssist Head Capital Management and Investor Relations with management of the capital of the Bank in compliance with the Basel III and QCB regulations.˙Oversee the investor relations role within the Finance department and liaise with analysts and rating agencies.˙Assist Head Capital Management and Investor Relations with strategic requirements for CFO and GCEO on a case by case basis by providing robust analysis to enable decision making.˙Key Accountabilities

  • Assist Head of Capital Management & Investor Relations to prepare capital management related matters.
  • Assist Head of Capital Management and Investor Relations to review finance section of EMTN documents.
  • Prepare monthly share price performance and market share report.
  • Prepare competitor analysis and Finance townhall presentation.
  • Prepare quarterly investor pack and roadshow packs.
  • Assist in the preparation of Annual Report and Sustainability report pertaining to Finance section
  • Meet analysts and potential investors.
  • Liaise and manage relationship with rating agencies.
  • Maintain relationship with key equity analysts.
  • Provide insights on new regulation concerning capital.
  • Analyse financial requirements of one-off deals and information required.
  • Manage the investor relation mailbox and provide inputs for investor relation website.
