Our commitment to customer satisfaction and delivering high-quality service, we aim to become a leading player in the automotive industry.Job Profile As Manager - Automotive you will be responsible for overseeing the sales and aftersales operations of a newly established dealership for a prominent Chinese car brand. This role requires a dynamic and experienced leader who can develop and execute effective sales strategies, build a high-performing team, and ensure exceptional customer service to drive business growth and establish the dealership as a key player in the local market.Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive sales and aftersales strategy to achieve dealership objectives and revenue targets.
  • Build and lead a high-performing team, including sales executives, aftersales service technicians, and support staff.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, ensuring exceptional customer service at all touchpoints.
  • Implement effective sales processes and strategies to maximize sales volume and profitability.
  • Manage the dealerships inventory, including ordering vehicles and maintaining optimum stock levels.
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities and develop strategies for market penetration.
  • Ensure compliance with manufacturer standards and guidelines for sales, service, and customer satisfaction.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives in all aspects of the dealerships operations.
  • Collaborate with marketing teams to develop and implement marketing campaigns and promotional activities.
  • Prepare regular reports on sales, aftersales, and operational performance to senior management.
