Reviews and recommends max / min spare parts level for non-moving, obsolete, surplus, spares and consolidate and updates the files on a continuous basis. Review Recommended Spare Parts lists (RSPL) for all new projects - recommend spare parts for control system, field instruments, analyzer, telecom, Fire and Gas system, and skid component for all new projects. To carryout Technical Bid Evaluation (TBE) of the offer provided by Buyer/supply department for the spares of control system, field instruments, analyser, telecom, Fire and Gas system and skid component. Carry out engineering feasibility study (eMOC) in coordination with required disciplines and develop mitigation solution for Obsolescence Management to upgrade following obsolete control systems & review obsolete component:a) ESD /F&G system Triconexb) DCS Emerson Delta V & Invensysc) Package PLC of Make Modicon, Allen Bradly, , Schneider electricd) Turbine Control Systeme) Machine Monitoring System Bentley Nevada To carryout Engineering review of obsolete Field instruments & carryout feasibility study to upgrade To carryout Engineering, review of obsolete all types of instrument valves like Control valve, ESDV, ON/OFF, MOV valve, Analyzer etc. & carryout feasibility study to upgrade To review obsolescence issues related to Analyzer used in LNG industry like, Gas chromatograph, O2, H2S, SG, CO2, PH, Conductivity, RVP, CEMS Experience in review of instrument datasheet, specification sheet drawing, sizing calculation to finalize Instrument Experience in review of system drawing, architecture, P&ID, GA drawings To carryout Engineering review of obsolete Telecommunication spare with support from Telecom group Experience in offshore instrumentationReview of all instrument Master Data Governance (MDG) studies (Material creation, change, deletion and obsolete) through SAPProfileRequired Qualification and Experience:Bachelor in Engineering (Instrumentation & Control / Electronics ) from a recognized university with minimum 10 years of experience in similar responsibility in oil and gas or petrochemical environment related to Engineering, Plant construction, pre-commissioning, commissioning and startup of the plants.Discipline Expertise:a) Instrument & Control Engineering domain knowledge for Equipment/systems (such as Control system, field instruments, analyzer, telecom, ESD /F&G system Triconex system, DCS Emerson Delta V & Invensys and skid component etc.).b) Computer literate with knowledge of SAP and commonly used Microsoft business software packages.Good adaptability to multinational environment, with wide exposure to various cultures and customsYou will have good interpersonal and organizational skills, as well as a good level of computer literacy and be proficient in Microsoft Office.SPIE Oil & Gas Services is committed to promote diversity.
