Job Description

We are looking for a Maintenance Supervisor who will be in charge of coordinating all the installation, maintenance, and repair work at offices, locations, accommodation and company cars. They also maintain equipment thats relevant for each site they oversee.Responsibilities:

  • Inspect facilities periodically to determine problems and necessary maintenance
  • Prepare weekly, monthly and quarterly maintenance schedules and allocate work
  • Hire and supervise tradesmen during installations, repairs or maintenance (electricians, plumbers, technicians etc.)
  • Inspect and maintain building systems˙(heating, ventilation etc.)
  • Contribute to the development of maintenance budget and ensure compliance
  • Monitor inventory of company materials, equipment?s and properties
  • Participate in coordination of projects (e.g. renovations, new projects, ?)
  • Ensure adherence to quality standards and health and safety regulations
