Logistics and Warehouse CoordinatorJob Location : QatarJob Details :•3 to 5 years of relevant experience with demonstrated progression•Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Supply Chain, Business Studies, or related field•Experience handling DG/Chemical materials is a plus•Proficiency in Arabic and English is required•Strong analytical, planning, and organizational skills•Effective communicator with experience navigating authority protocolsResponsibilities and Requirements :•Oversee and support end-to-end logistics and warehouse activities for the group•Manage import and local shipment processes, including obtaining necessary online approvals from local authorities (Ministry of Environment, QAS, etc.)•Collaborate with warehouse operations to monitor inventory, delivery timelines, and process improvements•Support the Supply Chain Manager in special projects and strategic initiatives•Lead and implement continuous improvement initiatives•Coordinate closely with clearing agents and stakeholders to ensure timely deliveries•Evaluate supply chain performance and recommend improvements in materials, supplies, and quality•Maintain strong relationships internally and externally to support business goals
