Job Description

About this role:

  • Responsible for overseeing all engineering aspects of LNG Storage Tanks with the EPC Contractor including design, materials, equipment, fabrication and execution.
  • Provide clear guidance to the EPC contractor and facilitate resolution of all technical issues associated with the LNG tanks design and construction to meet project objectives and milestones.
  • Responsible for reviewing, endorsing or approving technical documents, procedures, specifications/exceptions, field design changes etc related to LNG tanks
What you need to bring:
  • Excellent written and oral English skills.
  • Strong organizational, planning and coordination skills.
  • Strong technical, prioritization and management skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office suite of software programs, etc.
  • Experience working in multicultural environments
  • Good communication, influencing and interface skills.
  • Bachelor Degree in Mechanical or Civil Engineering or equivalent.
  • Minimum of 10 years experience at a senior engineering or advisory level with specific knowledge in LNG tank technology and design and a broad knowledge of engineering execution of onshore LNG facilities design, construction and operations.
  • Familiarity and knowledgeable in applicable industry codes and practises eg. API 625 & 620 & ACI 376
