JOB TITLE: LIGHTING TECHNICAL MANAGER / SENIOR TECHNICAL MANAGERJOB DESCRIPTION:

Prepares technical proposals, materials submittals and compliance statement.
Attend Tender and Ongoing Inquiries.
Participates in tender meetings/sales presentation for clients.
Review project requirements to implement value re-engineering.
Provide liaison with the for proper project implementation.
Facilitate preparation of technical documents (O&M manuals, testing and commissioning procedures, method statements), to close out project documentations.
Attend to site issues for all matters related to lighting design, product quality assurance and installation of electrical works.
Manage manufacturer/supplier technical relationship.
Provide technical support to the client, manufacturer and consultant.
Validate warranty claims from project sites.
