Responsibilities: Plan, coordinate, and supervise lifting activities on-siteReview lifting plans and method statementsEnsure all lifting equipment is inspected, certified, and compliant with standardsConduct risk assessments and safety briefingsSupervise crane operators and rigging personnelMaintain lifting documentation and recordsInvestigate lifting incidents and implement corrective actionsRequirements: Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Mechanical, Civil, or a related field5+ years of experience in lifting operations, preferably in offshore or seaworks projectsCertification in Lifting Operations and Rigging (e.g., IOSH, NPORS, or equivalent)Strong knowledge of lifting equipment, standards, and safety proceduresLeadership and communication skills
