Employment: Full Time 5-7 years of hands-on experience in leasing administration, contract administration.Working experience in any property management, facility management company.Work collaboratively with Business Development and Marketing Department in marketing the properties to ensure lease of retail/office space transactionsGenerate leads through networks and cold calls and assist with referrals and inquiriesSet daily appointments to find quality leadsProvide intelligent real estate solutions to clientsAssist client meetings and conduct presentations to clientsFacilitate commercial viewingCollaborate with the research team for good listing opportunities available in the market by categories, area and property type that the company seeks to acquire REQUIREMENTS: Bachelor degree in any respective stream Locally available with QID & NOCMust possess at least a College/Bachelors degree in Business Management, Mass Communication, Journalism, Marketing, Commerce, or any equivalent courseKnowledgeable on the real estate trends and industry Experience in real estate or in any sales industry is an advantageExcellent negotiation and presentation skills Proficient in the English language and has excellent communication skillsStrong interpersonal and analytical skillsHave a pleasing and pleasant personality.We put a high value on someone who has integrity, honesty, and company loyalty.
