Employment: Full Time We are looking for an experienced and reliable Leasing Executive for our subsidiary in the domain of Real Estate management and development. He will oversee the rental of designated residential and commercial facilities. The Leasing Executive shall advertise available properties, negotiate rental terms and finalize lease agreements.Responsibilities:- Maintain existing and attract new property rentals by advertising vacancies, negotiating and enforcing leases, and maintaining and securing premises- Maintain all companys leasing agreements, ensuring on time renewals and payments- Develop and maintain relationships with existing tenants- Scout for prospective lessees for the existing facilities- Contract with tenants by negotiating leases and collecting security deposits- Enforce occupancy policies and procedures by confronting violators- Capacity to write, interpret, and assess lease agreements- Represent the company in the highest professional and ethical manner at all times- Prepare reports by collecting, analyzing and summarizing data and trends REQUIREMENTS: - Bachelors Degree- Relevant experience of at least 5 years in Qatar is a must- Must be familiar with local governing laws related to leasing- Excellent sales, communication and negations skills- Honesty and integrity as core values- Ability to establish and maintain good relationships- Proven customer service and sales experience- Valid driving license and a clean driving record
