The Lead Structural Engineer is responsible for structural and foundation design, technical analysis, and /or resolution of engineering problems, and also supervises the documentation of the structural drawings in coordination with the architectural and works.

Evaluate and recommend innovative structural solutions to optimize project performance, cost-effectiveness, and sustainability.
Act as a technical liaison between the structural engineering team and other project disciplines, facilitating effective communication and coordination.
Stay updated on emerging trends, technologies, and best practices in structural engineering to drive continuous improvement and innovation within the team.
