˙Major Projects Integration is a governing body within the client Major Projects portfolio that provides leadership, management, stewardship and coordination services to Internal Projects, External Stakeholders, client Senior Management and Shareholders.
Major Projects Integration is in search of an experienced and initiative-thinking Lead of Project Engineering with corporate and / or function-level experience that can work independently and proactively contribute to Major Projects Integration expanding team.
The Lead of Project Engineering responsibilities include providing day-to-day support to Major Projects Integration Division Heads, Managers and Project Manager, support coordination of multiple executive committee meetings including development of communication packs and summaries, facilitate meetings and capture (scribing) minutes of meeting, ascertaining alignment with committee members, facilitating key technical assumptions (design basis), facilitating management of change across multiple projects, stewardship of project executive vulnerabilities (risks and issues) across multiple projects and divisions within client, strategic governance planning and governance stewardship of new and existing ventures.˙
