Provide technical support in respect to mechanical engineering discipline activities for potential investments, and determine the different phases, scope, budget, quality, and time.Support the Investment Implementation Department for all procurement, investment control functions and commercial aspects of the investment in respect to mechanical engineering discipline activities.Provide technical inputs in his experience to all HQ and site organization in accordance with the terms of the contract and advise taking of all measures necessary for the performance of the works.Be authorized to represent in dealing of all mechanical engineering discipline activities with the client and third parties, making statements and representations in connection with negotiations with the client.Provides technical, operational, and managerial leadership for successful development and implementation of the investment.Oversees all implementation of investments that are in line with the original plans and forecasts related to mechanical engineering discipline activities.
