Lead Civil EngineerJob Location : QatarResponsibilities:?Lead and manage a team of civil engineers, drafters, and other professionals to ensure timely and successful project completion.?Oversee the planning, design, and implementation of civil engineering projects, ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations and standards.?Coordinate with clients, stakeholders, and project teams to establish project objectives, timelines, and budgets.?Develop project plans, including schedules, resource allocation, and cost estimates.?Conduct site visits to monitor progress, resolve any issues, and ensure quality control.?Review and approve engineering designs, drawings, and specifications.?Collaborate with other departments, such as procurement and finance, to ensure seamless project execution.?Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior engineers and team members.?Prepare and present project updates, reports, and proposals to senior management and clients.Job Details :?Bachelors degree in Civil Engineering or related field. Masters degree is a plus.?Minimum of 8 years of progressive experience in civil engineering.?Proven experience in a Technical Office, Project Management Unit (PMU), or Project Management Office (PMO) role.?Strong knowledge of civil engineering principles, practices, and regulations.?Proficient in project management software and tools.?Excellent leadership and team management skills.?Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving abilities.?Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.?Demonstrated commitment to safety, quality, and client satisfaction.
