Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Welcoming and greetings clients
  • Ability to build & maintain client relationships to encourage loyalty.
  • Providing Consultations for New clients
  • Lash inventory management
  • Maintaining good standards of hygiene and cleanliness
  • Tailoring lash styles based on clients eye shape
  • Ensuring workstations are kept clean, disinfecting of lash tools and equipment before each use
  • Providing a therapeutic bedside manner (calm positive energy)
  • Taking Before and After pictures of your work
  • Social Media (Instagram management 1 -2 times weekly)
  • Opening & closing the salon according to standards
  • Practicing on a mannequin for training purposes
