1.??????Perform tests, analyze and interpret results of data collected or received according to the standard testing methods and instructions. Such tests include all gas, water, condensate, Sulphur, steam and potable water, as well as all tests required for finished products certification and other similar tests involving the use of laboratory apparatus and instruments such as gas chromatography, spectrophotometers and other instruments.2.??????Checks and records test results using LIMS and reports to Lab Supervisor, Process or Offsite personnel, Inspection, Commercial & Shipping, Environmental, and maintenance to enable them to take action for process controls.3.??????Gathers information and tabulates data relative to experiments and tests; prepares equipment, materials and samples for laboratory tests.4.??????Works on complex computer programs requiring in depth knowledge of an organization?s operating procedures and information technology capability.5.??????Performs diagnostic/ research tests using laboratory procedures and complex analysis according to testing requirements.6.??????Implements safety program to prevent or correct unsafe environmental working conditions, using knowledge of industrial processes, mechanics, chemistry, and industrial health and safety laws.7.??????Operate, maintain and assists in the calibration of the highly complex analysis instruments / equipment.8.??????Ensure that the workplace is kept safe, in a clean state and that all work is carried out in full compliance with approved occupational health and safety procedures.
