-The Cloud specialist will be responsible to work with the Solutions and Product team to implement the cloud solution (IAAS, SAAS) as per the design requirements. Heshe will work closely with the Cloud testers to validate all the use cases and be responsible to close any product gaps and bugs. Once the cloud product is deployed, this person will be responsible to document and deliver the operational processes, create service level agreement and cross train the operations team. This individual will also be responsible to deliver trainings to Pre-salesSolutions team.
