RESPONSIBILITIESThe L2 Engineer ? Network and Security responsibilities include but are not limitedto:

Plan, design and implement internal projects and customer solutions and configuration changes (e.g. network and security configurations, SDN, Cloud network and security configurations, etc.)
Provide technical support on all provided products and solutions. This includes being part of the after working hours and days on-call rotation support and advanced problem resolution and Handling of technical problems escalated from Level 1. This may involve extensive after-hours work, remotely and onsite, including nights, weekends and official holidays to resolve critical problems and/or deliver high priority projects and/or perform critical network/system maintenance
Incident management & problem management as per ITSM framework
Provide adequate technical tools for monitoring and managing systems and networks. Maintain and monitor the internal and customer infrastructure
Reports creation, validation & distribution
Procedures creation/initiation, validation and maintenance
Perform acceptance tests of the service with the customer. Documentation of installation set-up and configuration
Act as project manager on customer projects, and internal projects
Assist in other related activities and projects as needed
