  • Lead Project NDE Quality Surveillance and Client NDE Cross-Check Programs.
  • Lead NDE Technique Validation and Verification Programs.
  • Develops, Implements and Reports Construction Phase NDE Surveillance Program.
  • Providing continuous support, coordination and advice to the North Field South Offshore Project QA/QC Head on NDE issues concerning PMT discipline execution and the oversight of Contractors/Suppliers.
  • Develop necessary NDE Specifications, Procedures, Plans, Work Instructions and ITP?s.
  • Provides quality support and guidance to the NFS PMT on all aspects of NDE.
ProfileIdeally you will haveProfessional NDE Engineer with 10+ years of QA/QC experience in fabrication, construction, installation of Jackets for Offshore Oil & Gas Projects.More that 10 Years Experience facilitating, coordinating and supervising implementation of NDE Programs at Major EPCI Fabrication Yards for Jackets representing the Client.More than 10 years? experience in the development and delivery of External & Internal NDE Programs along with Quality Surveillance Programs.
  • Holds valid ISO 9712 (Preferably PCN/CSWIP) NDE Technique Level III Certification in RT + MUT + PAUT + TOFD.
  • Holds a Valid ISO 9001 Lead Auditor Certificate.
  • Preferably holds a valid CSWIP 3.2.2 Senior Welding Inspection Certificate.
  • Previous experience of working within a multi-cultural, multi-discipline, multi-location environment preferably the Middle East Region.
  • Good appreciation of NDE, quality planning and risk management.
  • A high level of proficiency in written and spoken English.
  • Computer literacy involving the regular use of professional office applications and some technical applications.
  • Sound written and verbal communication skills with the ability to communicate at all organizational levels.
  • Sound technical, supervisory and interpersonal skills.
