Quest Search & Selection is working with a stunning 5* Hotel, part of International Hotel chain based in Qatar looking for an Italian Restaurant General Manager to lead the restaurant operations and oversee quality and consistency in the service.The Restaurant General Manager Italian will be responsible for: P&L management Menu Engineering Staff training SOP implementation Hands on management Recruiting new staff members Mid-year and annual appraisals for staff Budgeting and forecasting Marketing planning Responsible for guest satisfaction and quality of product Salary: QAR 10,000 to 12,000 per month inclusive of fixed allowances. Additional benefits: Family status, housing, transport allowance REQUIREMENTS: REQUIREMENTS of the Restaurant General Manager Italian: To maintain the brand authenticity the client is considering only Italian nationals at this point Experience internationally in well-known fine dining establishments and 5* Hotels Minimum 2 years as Restaurant GM Experience in managing teams of 35+ staff members Swift and efficient management style Cool and calm persona Understanding of successfully managing P&L, Stock and HR Active social media user Marketing & Sales Experience is a plusThe BenefitsSalary package offered is QAR 10,000 12,000, housing, transportation allowance, yearly tickets (family status).We request that candidates send their CV as a Microsoft Word document where possible.
