IT Support TechnicianJob Location : Qatar:?Set up network printing and scanning functionalities for MFPs.?Respond to any service request raised by end user within SLA requirement.?Perform routine maintenance tasks on MFP printers to ensure optimal performance.?Replace consumables, such as toner cartridges and imaging units, as needed.?Conduct preventive maintenance to minimize downtime.?Escalate other non-hardware issue to the concern person.?Diagnose and resolve hardware and software issues with MFP printers.?Respond to service calls and help desk tickets related to MFP problems.?Collaborate with end-users to identify and troubleshoot printing/scanning issues
