IT SupportKey Responsibilities:•Provide first-line support for IT-related queries, troubleshoot technical problems, and escalate complex issues to higher levels if needed.•Install, configure, and maintain hardware and software systems, including computers, printers, and network devices.•Assist in setting up new user accounts, emails, and configuring workstations for new hires.•Monitor and maintain IT infrastructure, including network servers, computers, and peripherals.•Respond to requests for technical assistance in person, via phone, email, or helpdesk ticketing systems.•Assist in maintaining inventory records of IT equipment and ensure proper documentation.•Provide support with software installations, updates, and basic network troubleshooting.•Follow established IT policies and protocols to maintain system security and efficiency.•Educate users on IT best practices and how to use software or systems effectively.Requirements:•Need experience•Candidates those who are ready to join immediately only Apply•In-country Hire OnlyLocation : Qatar
