ROLE & CONTEXTPurpose:IT Specialist to provide quick and useful technical assistance on computer systems, VPN, CISCO Jaber and all other Ooredoo IT applicationsContext:Ooredoo Call center has over 600 employees and requires a dedicated IT Specialist to resolve all IT related matters of the staffB. ROLE ACCOUNTABILITIESOverview?????????Resolve IT related issues of agents of Call Center?????????Do remote troubleshooting wherever required using Ooredoo approved tools?????????Direct unresolved issues to the next level of support personnel?????????Provide accurate information on IT products or services?????????Document incidents and problems and their resolution in logs?????????Follow-up and update the CC management on the progressBusiness orientation

  • Provide timely IT resolution to the Call center agents
Planning & Organising & Problem Solving?????????Record and Report all IT related incidents?????????Share Daily, weekly, Monthly, Quarterly and Yearly reports?????????Suggest improvements in the current IT structureCommunicating, negotiating & influencing?????????Provide permanent solutions to frequently recurring IT problems?????????Effective Communication with CC agents
