Job Description

IT SLA Coordinator (Arabic ? L3)The role of the SLA Coordinator is to ensure that all service level agreements (SLAs) for information technology services across/inside the organization and its entities are delivered according to specifications.Key responsibilities of an SLA coordinator include, but are not limited to the following:

  • SLAs Developing, managing, and administering service management best practices.
  • Monitoring SLA performance for compliance with organizational needs and requirements.
  • Facilitating communication between the IT department and its clients to define and maintain the SLAs required for each business unit.
  • Provide L3 Technical Support to all Entitles and acting as a team leader for the IT Helpdesk team
