Researching companies, investment, and or development projects, particularly in terms of their financial functioning
Interpreting complicated financial information
Analyzing company/development project accounts, profit and loss sheets, and cash flow information

Support reporting oversight to monitor the progress/achievement of the agreed Business Plan for Portfolio management Investment and Development
Assist in making feasibility studies for the asset (Portfolio Management Investment and Development) acquisition/disposal/restructuring / real estate development
Portfolio Management Investments & Development in pressure testing of the current asset (Investment) by providing necessary inputs on financial models
Provide input to optimize the overall investment portfolio.
Support the updating of our clients Investment Strategy.
Perform other duties and responsibilities as needed as well as determine and manage priorities with minimal guidance
