Job Description

  • Responsible of testing the AHU-FCU after the production.
  • Responsible of factory maintenance as per the civil defense requirements.
  • Responsible of handling the civil defense audit with the Government & Administration Supervisor.
  • Responsible of handling the site troubleshooting of AHU/FCU Products.
  • Responsible of preparing / maintaining the SOP of the Machineries.
  • Responsible of the machine maintenance and its records.
  • Responsible of reading and interpreting the specifications and blueprints.
  • Responsible of performing the assembly tasks.
  • Responsible of installing the electrical systems, components, including control and switchgear cabinets, conduits, wiring and terminations.
  • Responsible of conducting the electronic testing and calibration.
  • Responsible of assuring the equipment?s functions and features.
  • Responsible of studying the wiring diagrams and manuals to determine the correct installation and quality.
  • Responsible of grounding the electrical systems, servicing generators, motors and high voltage systems.
  • Responsible of performing the electrical work on environmental regulating systems.
  • Responsible of installing, maintaining and repairing the heavy duty equipment?s and industrial communications systems.
  • Responsible of regularly improving and updating the product knowledge by participating in educational and product training opportunities.
  • Responsible of oiling the motors and replacing wiring.
  • Responsible of trouble shooting and repairing the electrical components.
  • Responsible of working with programmable logic / automation controls.
  • Responsible of updating the manufacturing records and to compile the installation reports.
  • Responsible of complying with the equipment?s and regulatory safety instructions.
  • Responsible of the preventative maintenance of the equipment?s.
  • Responsible of following any other tasks / projects that are assigned by your manager.
  • Responsible of following all the processes and policies of the company and be aligned to the departmental SOPs at all times.
