We look for individuals who share a passion for excellence and who infuse that enthusiasm into everything they do.Responsibilities Through the periodic review of the operational activities of the business, the auditor has to provide independent, objective assurance and consulting service using a disciplined systematic approach to improve the effectiveness of risk management and integrity of hotel operations. Assisting senior management in preparing action plans that adequately address the recommendation and findings arising from internal audits and ensuring effective implementation of the same. Prepare an internal audit plan that addresses all departments within the Hotel especially concerning on departments with significant risks. Control and serialize all booklets, paid-out vouchers, cash advance vouchers, miscellaneous vouchers. Update cashier debit account and deduction and forward to Paymaster for a deduction on the payroll. Check the Trial Balance Monitor and record all income and postings through the process of a detailed daily audit.Preferred Qualifications and Skills One (1) to three (3) years of experience with a Finance Department, preferably within a hotel Commerce Graduate or equivalent experience Trained in Accounting, Analyzing, and Auditing Sun and Opera Systems knowledge would be ideal and greatly valued Good command of the English language both verbal and writtenWe are looking for someone who: Is dynamic and inspirational, with confident delivery skills Has excellent communication skills and fluency in English (written & verbal) Demonstrates strong interpersonal skills and is able to evidence professionalism and adaptability Previous experience with a Luxury Hotel & ResortOur Offering:-???
