Job Description

About this role:

  • Manage the demand management process for IT and support in running the IT steering committees for project related aspects
  • Support teams in preparing necessary business cases for demand management
  • Improve alignment between business decisions and IT initiatives
  • Establish a mechanism to validate, redirect, and reprioritize IT initiatives
  • Develop a view of list of projects to prioritize and facilitate smooth running of the meetings
  • Identify the necessary governance processes to be in place
  • Ensure all processes are defined and followed
  • Update when required the governance processes within IT
  • Manage the IT management of change process using the change advisory board (CAB) to control the lifecycle of changes
  • Support, evaluate, validate, and document requests for change (RFCs) Support COMPANY to define new requirements, participating in End user meetings to derive and define the business requirement, propose cost effective solutions for data governance and familiarize the team with the requirements, specifications, design targets & techniques to support task performance and delivery.
What you need to bring:
  • Advanced knowledge of Project Management and Governance used at COMPANY required
  • Strong expertise of ITIL processes
  • Intermediate knowledge of general IS components such as Data, Infrastructure, Petroleum Applications etc.
