Job Description

Job SummaryResponsible for directing all ICT-related products teams. You will work closely with all managers(network & communication, applications & infrastructure managers) in implementing the company'sproduct structure. You should be able to provide a periodical performance report to the Head ofSales & Marketing for overall and specific ICT product(s).Roles and responsibilities:

  • Achieving the assigned sales target related to the products included in your category Identifying new technologies and solutions which complement with existing solutions
  • Contributing with the Head of sales & marketing and the other sector manager in setting the annual sales forecast plan
  • Maintaining clear roadmap of product development
  • Developing a working strategy for all sub-teams and tracking the overall performance of these teams
  • Identifying technology related different exhibitions, events, and seminars to learn about and get familiar with technologies and methodologies new to the company
  • Analyzing new market opportunities along with the other Sector Managers before communicating the agreed upon sales plan with the Head of Sales & Marketing
  • Providing the Head of Sales and Marketing with regular report about the performance of your Sales Funnel
  • Ensuring high level of customer satisfaction
  • Ensuring that the company strategy is implemented correctly according to the predefined standards
  • Directing subordinates, providing regular feedback and necessary development programs
  • Achieving operational excellence and cost optimization across your category as well as maintaining healthy cash flow
  • Undertaking other related duties assigned by your direct manager
