Location: QatarWe are looking for a highly skilled and qualified HVAC Technician to join our team. If you have the expertise and experience, apply now!Nationality: Filipino OnlyExperience: 3 – 5 years of HVAC experience in QatarVisa Status: Freelance Visa holdersRequired Documents:– Valid Qatar ID (QID)– Can provide NOC (Secondment from current sponsor)(Compliant with Qatar & ASHRAE Standards):– Install, operate, and maintain HVAC systems including split units, package units, ducted systems, VRF/VRV, and chilled water systems.– Perform Preventive and Corrective Maintenance on HVAC equipment in accordance with ASHRAE (American Society of Heating, Refrigerating and Air-Conditioning Engineers) and Qatari safety standards.– Troubleshoot and repair electrical and mechanical components of HVAC and refrigeration systems.– Ensure HVAC installations meet local regulations (QCD, Kahramaa, Ashghal) and ASHRAE design guidelines for efficiency, ventilation, and indoor air quality.– Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical manuals.– Conduct system testing, commissioning, and performance verification.– Maintain daily logs and prepare service and maintenance reports.– Follow all HSE procedures and ensure proper use of PPE on site.Key Skills & Competencies:– Strong technical knowledge of HVAC systems and controls– Familiarity with ASHRAE standards and BMS (Building Management Systems)– Capable of working independently and in a team– Ability to interpret technical documents and perform troubleshooting– Awareness of Qatar Labor Law and safety practices
