HVAC SupervisorJob Location : QatarKey Responsibilities :•Supervise and coordinate daily HVAC operations, ensuring timely completion of tasks.•Lead and guide the HVAC team, providing technical support and training as needed.•Plan, schedule, and assign preventive and corrective maintenance works.•Inspect completed work to ensure compliance with industry standards and company policies.•Troubleshoot and resolve HVAC issues efficiently.•Monitor inventory of tools, materials, and equipment related to HVAC operations.•Prepare and submit reports on team performance, maintenance activities, and system conditions.•Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations.Qualifications & Requirements :•Diploma/Degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field.•Minimum (05) years of HVAC experience, including at least (02) years in a supervisory role.•Strong knowledge of HVAC systems, equipment, and troubleshooting methods.•Familiarity with preventive and corrective maintenance practices.•Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.•Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple priorities.
