HVAC SupervisorJob Location : QatarSalary Package : QAR 2,800 - QAR 3,500Requirements :?Good communication skill verbal as well as written.?Should have minimum 7-8 years expertise in handling team(10 Technicians) who are into service /preventive Service /corrective maintenance of Air cooled chillers, precision air conditioners package air-conditioning/ductable, split and window air conditioning. Good knowledge of water cooler, fridge, exhaust fans, chilled water pumps.?Good communication skills with the Engineers/customers.?Should have good electrical skills to understand and troubleshoot to guide the Technicians.?Hands on experience on all products and ready to learn.?He should know the standard procedure to do the preventive services and corrective maintenance for the all type of air conditioning equipment?s.?Should understand parameters, analysis skill and importance of each parameters for air conditioning/ package/ductable/air cooled chillers like Trane, York, Daikin, Kirloskar & Bluestar brands.?Should have the experience to handle the team and self starter.?Working with carrier, bluestar, daikin and trane chillers/Package units will be added advantage. ?Knowledge of ducting, insulation etc.?Should be good excel, word and communications.
