Job Description

OverviewThis position performs HVAC preventive and corrective maintenance jobs. Responds to emergencies and perform other tasks assigned. A team leader that supervises 18 HVAC Technicians and reports abnormalities to the HVAC Supervisor.Responsibilities

  • Supervision
  • Preventive Maintenance
  • Service Orders
  • Nonvalue added work (Shop clean-up, Inventory of Tools)
  • Performs other duties and assignments as required
Qualifications
  • Minimum Qualifications
    • Foreign National
  • Education/Experience:
    • College degree preferred, high school diploma is required or equivalent.
    • Minimum of 5 years experience in HVAC repair and installation and 3 years in a supervisory role. Must be able to read and understand schematic drawings, and strong troubleshooting abilities.
    • Two years related experience may be substituted for one year of education, if degree is required.
  • Program Specific Requirements:
    • Extensive HVAC Maintenance Experience. (3-5 Years)
    • Possess knowledge of safety and environmental issues as they relate to Facility Maintenance.
    • Able to communicate with customer.
